Import Swims on Android
New on Android, you can import workouts from your camera! You can find it on the Coach tab. Just tap "Import Workout" then snap a picture of the whiteboard or workout you'd like to swim - the workout will then appear on your phone!
New on Android, you can now generate workouts and personalized plans on-demand with your preferences. You can find it in the Coach tab in an update rolling out this week!

Configure Open Swim Layout on Apple Watch
NEW: You can now edit the layout of your open swims directly on your watch before your swim.
To edit the layout,
just tap on the gear icon
, then select which position you'd like to change and the new stat to fill it. For a more visual overview of your watch configuration you can always edit it on your iPhone by going to Profile > Settings > Devices & Integrations > Customize Your Watch

Ever show up to the pool only to find it’s switched to long course? No worries—you can now update the pool length for any guided workout right from the MySwimPro Apple Watch app. Just tap the length icon, select your pool, hit start, and dive in. No phone required.

We’ve brought together the best of the Coach and Feedback tabs into one streamlined experience. The Home tab makes it easy to track your streak, see what’s next in your plan, and view your completed workouts—all in one place. It’s a simpler, more intuitive way to stay on track.

Apple Watch
New: Save RPE Score on Apple Watch
After your workout on Apple Watch, MySwimPro now shows a Relative Perceived Effort (RPE) score, which will save to Apple Health and allow your Apple Watch to better predict your training load. It makes best guess of your effort based on your heart rate, but is most helpful if you manually select your effort level.

Automatic Calendar Sync to Garmin Connect
When you choose “
Send to Garmin Connect
”, your workout is now instantly scheduled on today’s calendar in Garmin Connect. No need to manually send it to your watch from the workouts section—just sync your Garmin, and you’ll find the workout under the Pool Swim

Starting with this week's iOS release, you’ll see the new Workout Knowledge screen whenever a workout includes Coach’s Notes. Behind the scenes, our workout generator now considers your recent training history and coach feedback. That means Coach’s Notes are more personalized than ever—directly referencing your past workouts to help you progress faster.
