Hi all, thanks for your feedback! We've implemented this feature on Apple Watch, but marked it as "beta" for testing and feedback. It will vibrate on the last lap of a set that is 200m or more.
It's live in the latest iOS version 8.35.4 that is rolling out this week. You can find it in the guided workout settings screen before starting your workout on Apple Watch.
If you give it a try please reach out to us at support@myswimpro.com and let us know how it went. Happy swimming!

Yes, please make it vibrate the lat 50/25/whatever lap distance the pool has. My old Garmin did that, and it was immensely helpful whenever I did anything longer than 200 because my mind wanders and suddenly I have no clue if I have done 500 or 600

Would be great if it vibrated on last 50m for any distance over 200m. I say last 50 because often I find the distance is a little behind for a few seconds after I finish the swim and you might find you flip turn before it vibrated. Also that way you could put in that little extra as you’d be sure it was your last 50 😂

Or something like a countdown that gets more intense the closer you get. Whenever I look down at the distance the watch or app is always 25 to 50 meters behind. So it would be pointless to have this feature if the distances aren’t up to the minute accurate.

My garmin watch vibrates when I'm on my last 50 m

The best way would be half-lap, during the last lap before reaching the desired distance. If it vibrated at the end of the lap, you might be flip turning if you’ve lost count.

I'm not sure I'd feel the vibration in the middle of a swim. An audible beep on last lap would be great. I start to lose count at 200 yards.

Dean Vogt agreed. I had a 1k set in my workout today. I managed to keep count (barely!) but it was a threshold set and I was about 15s too slow and burned through a bit of rest time; definitely did not feel the tap tap for the end of the set while swimming.

Dean Vogt Agree. I don't often feel the buzz. maybe a longer buzz, like 3 seconds for 50 left, 5 seconds and a long beep for 25 left?

I totaly agree. The vibrating watch would be very helpful and I wouldn't have to constantly look at your watch, how many pools have I already swam
