I find that sometimes my breaststroke drills include fins. There should be 2-3 fin type options: long fins, zoomers, and asymmetrical fins. Only asymmetrical fins (“ whip-kick" trainers) should be added to breaststroke drills. Long fins and zoomers can put excessive strain on knees while doing breaststroke. So unless swimmers have the right fins, breaststroke drills should not include fins. Also, consider adding drag socks to the list of equipment options.
