It would be wonderful to see the heart rate zone that my HR is in throughout the workout. In the summary it would be great to have total time in each heart rate zone similar to the Applewatch display when tracking a workout via the Apple workout function. In addition is would be amazing to be able to set your own heart rate zones to better calibrate it to your body!

Thanks for everyone's feedback!
Heart Rate Zones are rolling out this week on iOS + Apple Watch. We're starting with live display of HR Zones on the watch and will be releasing more features in the coming weeks. You can customize your HR Zones in Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Heart Rate Zones.
Give it a try this week and reach out to let us know what you think at support@myswimpro.com. Happy swimming!

Anthony Dervey Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That's a defect and it will be fixed in an upcoming release that will be out in a week or two! In the meantime it will use a default max HR of 180 on your watch.

Not sure why this is so hard and has taken so long to not even be addressed?!

Rather than say a set is easy medium or all out it should be which zone the set should be completed within. That way I get to figure out pacing for each zone and see what swolf is for each zone.

While working out what zone am I in with a visual prompt to go faster or slow down as required to stay in zone. Zones should be added to work out such as restore in zone 2, sprint zone 4

Reposting to try to get traction.
I can’t stress how important this feature is to, I would assume many, and it seems so straightforward. How do we gauge the intensity of our workouts or the time spent in a heart rate zones if we don’t have that breakdown?
Increasing one’s VO2 max is a key marker for longevity and heart health and as a heart surgery patient this is vital to me.
I was wondering if you can add more details to your HR functionality, specifically Time spent in Zones? I use this extensively in the Workout app on my iPhone. The data is extremely useful to have to gauge the level of exertion during my swims. I also do HIITS swims and this detail is critical for those types of swims. Without it I cannot see my levels spent in each zone.

I agree - heart rate zone is one thing I miss dearly in this app. Having finished a swimming camp in summer where I relied on just iOS activity app, I loved the ability to tell aerobic and anaerobic training zones. Please add this feature!

I totally agree on this. When imported in Apple Watch There is no HR zone ): that’s some missing data there
